Terms of Service

Terms
-By commissioning me you are acknowledging and agreeing to my terms of service-I. All commissions must be either paid in full, 50% paid, or 25% paid after a sketch is approved by you, the customer. I will NOT start working on the final project until any payment has been received.
I prefer to be paid via cashapp. But if that isn't possible, we can always work something else out. Just let me know prior to approving the sketch.II. During the sketch phase, there are unlimited revisions within reason (I want you to get your commission in a timely manner). After a sketch is approved, you will only have access to 3 free "major revisions" (anything that requires me to redraw something completely). Any major revisions after the fact will be an extra charge of $10 - $20 depending on the severity of the change.
"Minor revisions" (color correcting, marking mistakes, etc.) are free in any amount within reason.III. Typically, I will automatically send you 2-3 work in-progresses throughout the process. If you want any more than that, don't hesitate to ask.
The turn around time will vary between 4 days to 1 week and a half depending on the complexity of what you're asking for and when you approve the sketch.IV. IMPORTANT: When your commission has been completed, you WILL NOT receive the finished product (The final image without a watermark) until payment has been sent in full if it hasn't been already!V. If you would like a refund when half or more than half of the commission is already done for any item OVER the price of $100, you will ONLY receive half back as an inconvenience fee. Any refunds BEFORE that point will be issued in full.
No refunds after the final product is delivered. No refunds for any item UNDER the price of $100. No exceptions.
I am here to give YOU what YOU want. So try your hardest to describe to me what you want before you approve the sketch. We are in this together, and a part of all my commission fees is due to the amount time I spend with you trying to help you to understand what you want and/or what our next best steps are.VI. You DO NOT have the right to re-distribute, reproduce, or resell your commission. Your commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. As the artist, I reserve the right to post your commission on social media as it is my work.
Feel free, though, to share your commission on social media with the proper credits given.VII. For Merch Designs/Commercial Rights (anything that could possibly make you money off my art): I typically don't charge a one-time payment; rather I get paid in royalties. I typically ask for anywhere between 20% - 35%. We can, of course, always negotiate percentages when it comes time to discuss payment. If royalties aren't an option, we can negotiate a fair one-time payment.
I will not start working on the design(s) nor will the final product(s) be sent until after a small contract has been agreed upon and SIGNED. Any royalty payments to me should be made upon reception of every payout.VIII. You will receive 2 different versions of the final product: A high resolution png with a background and a png transparent background. If you require a different file type, just let me know.IX. If you do not fill out and submit the commission form, your commission will not be recognized. The only other way your commission will be recognized, is (after contacting me via: Instagram , tumblr, Pinterest, Email, etc.) by sending at least 25% of your commission fee before I begin working on the final.BE AWARE, DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF WHAT YOU'RE ASKING FOR, THE PRICE(S) MAY VARY
